MU Department of Physics & Astronomy Distinguished Alumni Awards

Do you know a fellow MU Physics and Astronomy alumnus that meets the following criteria for a department alumni award?  If so, email us the requested information and we will add the nomination to our files.

Eligibility: Undergraduate or graduate degree must have been received from the Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Missouri.

Additional considerations:

• Exceptional achievement or research;
• Exceptional service;
• Demonstrated distinction in field;
• Unique Career (could be outside of physics)

The nominator must email the following to umcasphysics@missouri.edu:

• a nominating letter summarizing the qualifications of proposed nominee (include degree and year received)
• CV of nominee
