Research Summary

Stellar, interstellar and solar system astrophysics

Research Description

Theoretical studies of the interstellar medium (with a focus on interstellar dust and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), the formation and evolution of stars and planetary systems (with a focus on protoplanetary dust disks around young stars, debris disks around main sequence stars, and dust envelopes around evolved stars), as well as comets, infrared galaxies, and active galactic nuclei.
